Doubt regarding DO-316 Chapter 5 review Lab

Hi Team,

Why Review Lab says poweroff for VM2 in Point number 5 if its SCSI Interface.In same Lab point number 2 for SCSI interface VM2 was not poweroff.  As its clearly given in chapter that SCSI interface is hotplug and does not required poweroff or reboot but why its power in point number 5.

Yes it is weird, somebody asked me and I have no clue on this as logically its incorrect.
