Got my RHCSA EX200 Yestraday

I could pass the EX200 exam yesterday with a score of 271 out of 300 only one question I had some issues with it, But I am satisfied with the result.

I've seen many people sharing some pictures has information about their certificates, From where I can get a certificate as below?
