I have a transportation engineer degree from Universidade de Sao Paulo. My career was mostly focused on developing telecom solutions based on Java and Ruby for some of the largest companies in Brazil, such as Telefonica and Nextel, but also developed systems for insurance companies. I have worked as an instructor for more than 15 years mostly focusing on middleware tools and development practices, including Agile practices. Lately, I have been developing courses focused on OpenShift and the benefits it introduces to develop reliable and scalable systems.
