Why there's so much restriction for the RHLS user in China?

1. I can't sign up for the Developer Sandbox for openshift with +86 telephone country code on https://console.redhat.com/openshift/sandbox
(can not receiving any SMS verification)
2. I want to pass the cert of Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift AI，but there's no course called Red Hat OpenShift AI Administration (AI263) on https://rol.training-china.com/
3. same as above for couse Red Hat OpenShift Installation Lab（DO322）

Hi Phil,

Unfortunately, China does have restrictive rules on what you can and cannot
access outside the mainland... Red Hat cannot provide alternative ways as
we do follow laws in mainland China...

Among other things are hosted services (like Dev Sandbox) that are hosted
in Europe and the US. I would recommend that you get in touch with our
representatives in China if we do offer these options.(Shenzhen - +86 755
3390 0280 / Beijing: +86 10 6533 9300 / +86 10 6260 8100)

- The OpenShift AI exam is based on the AI267 course, not on AI263.

- There isn't an exam on OpenShift installation itself. All exams on
OpenShift have OpenShift already installed, so no need to test on that
objective.

For Point 1, I agree with you, actually I've got in touch with redhat training team in China before the post, they are not providing such services, so there's nothing I can do with

Sorry for the misleading on point 2 and 3, I was aim to say, that there are serveral courses missing like AI267（AI263、AI264、AI265、AI266 combined）and DO322 was missing on China's dedicated RHLS platform (https://rol.training-china.com/); my questions is , as a RHLS user , How can I get access to the missing course?
