Dear Community,
I am so glad to share that today I (finally) cleared the EX280 on OCP v4.14 at my second attempt.
Lessons learned:
- Don't try this exam unless you are very confident and you have a lot of experience on OCP
- Study very well and storage assignments as well
- READ CAREFULLY TASK QUESTIONS
- Know OCP documentation and oc explain (it has been very useful to me)
- Questions can be tricky, pay attention to the small details. They are very important.

got reply from redhat support
At your request, I manually reviewed your exam session results and confirmed their accuracy. During this review, I identified several configuration errors on your part, including:
- Omitted required configuration items in certain tasks
- Failure to apply tasks in subsequent exercises
- Functional test failures
- Expected output not achieved on few cases
- Incorrect settings provided for the applications

Ahhhhh.... !
I am so sorry about your result.
We all know that OCP exam is definetely challenging. In some cases it is really very hard, too.
However, regarding your exam, it is pretty weird but - you know - if you forgot some other detail, the risk is to literally "f**k up" the whole exam.
If you could share the percentage or the topic you failed, I can get some clues what you could have missed. (Even with a DM)
But first I would ask to RH support to perform a re-grade of your exam, if it is not too late. Sometimes happen that the grade script doesn't report the correct grade score. I personally never experienced this one but I've seen some people getting the right one and the exam cleared.

Yes, I have doubts about the script being mistaken. Even though I used the project template and tested it by creating a new project, the result is still ‘0’ (Enable developer self-service).
I have already reported this to Red Hat Support today (today I did exam)
