Hi everyone,
when I look at my scheduled exam retake, I can see that it has a limited eligibility. It says:
"Eligibility Expires 9.9.2024, 08:59:59"
which circumstances dictate the expiration date? Is it because my learning license expires or because the exam is deprecated? Will I have an opportunity to schedule the retake for a date after 9.9.2024 if I decide that I need more preparation time?
@MSCHMEL -
Exam vouchers (including retakes) are only valid for the duration of your Red Hat Learning Subscription (if the exam voucher is one of the free vouchers that came with RHLS). Therefore, if your RHLS is about to expire, the exam must be scheduled and taken before the RHLS expiration date. You will not have the ability to use the voucher to schedule an exam beyond the RHLS expiration date in your case 9/9/2024.
Hi @MSCHMEL
Exam elegibility is completely related to learning liscence/subscription/voucher expiry. As far as I know, you cannot schedule the retake post the expiry date. It is possible to utilize the original elegibility and the retake only within the expiry date.

That is good to know. Thanks to both of you
