Failed 2 times on EX380

I filled 2 times on EX380 yesterday and last month the strange thing is that my score is the same. However, my answer changed and was able to fix alot of stuff on yesterday exam and was sure that final application was working as expected on each question. I have a real concern on the grading script for this exam as it is also new exam just 4 month ago and there is no many people attended the same. Is there any chance to Red Hat team to do reevaluate the same manual any one has such experience to share as frankly speaking I have nothing to do more. Every thing was working as expected and if I did another retry I will add nothing!

I am part of the 380-fails Club as well. Failed 4 times and filed 3 complains to RH to check. All i get back was we are right and you are wrong which really makes me really upset. My guess is that even when outcome at the end is working they count the way to solve only. As we know multiple ways can achieve the same so grading here is not matching real world scenarios. I solved one Question according to the available Docs in Exam, verified and got 0 Points in all 4 attempts.

As this seems to be a wide issue affecting multiple Exam Takers across the globe i would expect RH to compare the fail vs. pass rate and check the percentage of all Exam Topics done suceesfully. I doubt the Stats are looking good so i would expect adjust the grading instead of blame the exam taker only

Same bad experience here, I was expecting to pass the EX380 OCP 4.14 exam, maybe without a great score, but certainly to pass it; the exercises were all working to me, I can't get what went wrong. I'm a RHCA infra lvl 1 and I was a RHCA infra lvl 2
