Podman vs Buildah

Hello all,

Podman can create a container.  Buildah can create a container.

What do I get from using Podman to perform that task, that I don't necessarily get from using Buildah - or vice versa?

Kinda simply:

podman runs (deploys) existing container images

buildah makes those images
