VM restart failed in 10.4

I almost completed the course, but stuck at the last section 10.4.

I can clone web1 and web2 without problem and starting them worked.

But when I restart the VM, it is stuck in starting stage.

Tried to restart, stop and start lab several times, same result.

Help!

I did check the guided exercise but could not reproduce the issue that you mentioned here : Please pay attention to the timestamp at the top of the screenshot :

I would recommend you to please redo this lab and check again.
