I suggest you to look them up in public trainig platforms such as Coursera or Udemy or maybe on YouTube. You might find out free content.
Obviously, you won't find official RH training videos.
You can use the product documentation https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_satellite as well.
