Not able to activate my course because when i use my enrollment key to activate my course it displays a message that "The limit has been reached for this course."

Anybody please help.

Login with your username If your free validity is still there. Your enrolment key is automatically activated the course. You need not require to activate using enrolment key.

Thank you for your guidance. This issue is resolved. But still I am facing another issue. I have logged in to rol.redhat.com and there it displayed a message:
0 Days remaining
What should I do now?
I have mailed to support team.
Hoping for their reply to come soon.

Probably a great course with a great virtual learning environment, if you manage to get through to actually start the course.

It is said that this course is offered free until June 30th. Great. June 15th and still problems with access. I see some students actually got on the course, and yet encounter further problems with the course.

I am stuck at "You have 0 subscription days left" screen. Of course my catalog is empty, every possible stat is empty.

Other free courses (mainly technical overviews) don't come with this problem.

Hi Team, I have been taking the "Introduction to OpenShift Applications (DO101R)" training since yesterday and arrived at the section where I create my laboratory. I suppose I created it and never stopped it, and today I receive a message where the available 10 hours ran out. The truth is I did not use a single hour, I just logged in and did nothing else, I suppose it started running and I did not realize it. I realized today that Chapter 2 on Deploying Applications to the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform was about to start. Will it be possible to validate that I did not use even 2 minutes of the lab and restart the laboratory time?

I had issues, but I ignored it, and I achieved all labs, machines were
available

Yes, but the problem is that I don't even have access to the lab. And the button to "start" it is disabled.

As I said before, it showed for me that I consumed 10 hours but I can start
the labs. I did this course last month.?!
I don't know, Try to delete machines and see
