Login Issue with node

Good Evening Sir,
i had exam last week but i fail for something very stupid ,

there was 2 nodes , node 1 and node 2.

i could not enter node 1 , how can we enter node 1 on exam?
they gave me a root password that does not work, can someone give me a hand on this for this dont happen next time. Thank you

Thanks for reachng out! 

I hope that you are talking about EX200 ( RHCSA ) exam. The issue which prevented you from doing that is most probably not reading the exam instructions properly. The instructions clearly mention as to - how to open a console or if you can do ssh connection to a node using a user and password. 

It is difficult to help more on this without violating the NDA.

I had the same issue but with SSH. Could not login to node1 (or node2). I used the password provided in the configuration instructions. I tried pinging node1 using the IP address (which only worked after resetting node1).Horrible exam environment.
