I found following known issue. I will try other pc.

Are there known issues with Mac systems?
Our tests passed a Macbook Pro and Macbook Air belonging to the 2016 and 2017 series.
2018 and later series of Mac systems have been found to have compatibility issues with
several Linux distributions. These issues impact the remote exam image as well.
The issues include:
• T2 security system prevents booting from an external device by default.
• 2019 Macbook Pro keyboard and touchpad doesn’t work when booted from an

external media.
• Other internal components, such as webcam, mic, and wifi adapters are not detected
by many Linux distributions.
If your system encounters these issues, use another laptop that meets the system
requirements and passes the compatibility test.

Hello,

I am unsure if your specific keyboard layout is available but you may choose among the list of supported KB layouts while booting into the remote exam ISO. (The required KB layout can be chosen at the settings menu right after the remote exam image loads into memory - https://youtu.be/LX3VMIAuPzg?t=345)

Hi @nelson1478 ,

Please see the remote exam FAQ - https://www.redhat.com/en/resources/certification-remote-exams-FAQ

Question: What if there is a power or network outage during the exam?
Answer: If network connectivity problems arise within the first 30 minutes of the exam and you are unable to resolve them, you can request to discontinue and reschedule your exam attempt. If you are able to resolve the issue quickly, you will be able to resume where you left off once you boot to the live USB and connect to the exam environment.

Beyond 30min, the proctors will work with you and take a call as needed. With that said, please see this thread - https://learn.redhat.com/t5/General/Questions-about-getting-ready-for-your-Red-Hat-remote-exam/m-p/1...
