Hi, I have my exam scheudled on 15th Feb (day after tomorrow) but i'm unable to run the compatibility test. I burn the image in USB using Fedora Image writer. At start up when i select the USb to boot from, the screen refreshes and the same menu apppears again.
Please help, as it is very difficult to rescheudle and find a nearest slot.

Hi,
Did you already checked the laptop you are using is compatible for the exam ?
Try and reburn the image and test it once again.
Also share the screenshot what exactly are you getting while logging in ?

How can i check if my laptop is compatible for the exam ?
It is a Lenovo Think Pad T480. I'm pretty sure it is compatible, but if there's a way to check please let me know how.
I have tried 3 times, but same result every time. I changed the USB as well but still the same.
I cannot reach login screen. As soon as i select the USB drive to boot from, it refreshes the screen and the same boot menu appears again.

The details for remote exams are here : https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/setting-your-red-hat-remote-exam-things-you-need-do-first
You must have received an email from exam center for botting the USB.
Remove everything from the USB.
Then start the procedure again and give it a try.

Hello,
You must receive the exam confirmation email at your registered email address.
The subject of the email says "Your Red Hat Individual Exam Reservation Has Been Confirmed"
However, Sharing the remote exam preparation e-book link which has steps to follow and the ISO to download.

Hi,
This may be compatibility issue related to your computer security settings in BIOS, namely Secure Boot. In some systems "Secure Boot" is enabled by default, you can try another version of ISO (old ISO) or find another system in which secure boot is disabled.

I tried many times and then I found the same solution.
Disabling secure boot solved the issue.
