Since getting the RHCP status verified and having that badge added to my profile, I have not yet noticed any additional access to discussions/materials that I didn't have before. Is this a work in progess or am I overlooking something?
Thanks in advance!
EDIT: I'm referring to the "Complete your profile in the Red Hat Learning Community to earn special badges, unlock additional permissions and gain access to exclusive areas and discussion boards throughout the community!" part in the Training Profile settings page.
Hello @Deanna
I'd like to know if it is still possible to request the RHCP badge here. I tried some months ago but no icon was attached to my profile and I didn't get any response.
I have tried to verify my certification, but i fill my certification ID, click on button and page just reloads, and nothing happens. My certification ID is 230-023-764
I have the same problem
Same happens when trying to verify certification number
@Deanna would you mind taking a look at this issue where we are not able to verify our certification number to get access to the RHCP forum(s).
Hello all, is the issue resolved?
Not yet
Tried updating my Certification ID with no success. As mentioned by others filling the details and submitting brings back to the same page. There is no other message or mail triggered letting know if the form is submitted successfully or not. https://rhtapps.redhat.com/verify?certId=111-010-393
Not sure but may be @Deanna can help here.
Hello
I tried updating my profile to get access to the Red Hat Certified Professional areas with the following link:
Complete Your Profile - Red Hat Learning Community
As other members have said, after entering my certification number, the page reloaded and I have no indication/confirmation of whether the process was successful or not!
Any advice welcome.
Thanks
Hello
The supplied/approved solution doesn't seem to work; not for me, anyway!
Is it worth raising a new discussion to 're-open' the issue? I only ask because I am new to the forums and I am not sure what the correct 'forum etiquette' is.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
