"The redhat-support-tool command-line tool queries Knowledgebase and works with support cases.", yet when I went looking for more information I found the tool was dead per https://access.redhat.com/articles/445443 "Note: redhat-support-tool and redhat-support-lib-python have been deprecated in RHEL 8 and will not be shipped in RHEL 9 onwards"

Is the course out of sync with reality?

@BillMn It seems, that is a left over from previous version of the course. The tool is not included or mentioned in the course lectures or guided exercises.

I will report this to the concerned course development team to have it removed from the summary at ch14s07.
