sometimes I can not type from the Numeric keypad in the environment terminal

I did my best to try troubleshooting this.

I see the NumLock indicator of my keyboard turn on and off, but no effect

Now it works, but several times it didn't.

It happens exactly when I need to plug in IP addresses in a guided exercise or lab evaluation, when it is most needed

Not critical yet annoying

I was able to replicate the issue after opening and closing a remote session several times. I couldn't find a fix for this except for resetting the server. (Not exactly ideal when in the middle of a lab.)

My assumption is that this issue isn't as much of a lab issue as it is a VNC issue, a lot of Google results also mention this issue in relation to VNC. 

I couldn't replicate this issue while using the "Classroom Webapp." So the best solution, for now, might be to use this.
