CSV file format for bulk red hat academy students registration

Hi Community

I'm starting my first Red Hat Academy course on new learning platform. I want to register my students to the course using CSV file for the bulk registration.

Does anyone know what the CSV file format is? What are the fields (columns) in it?

Thanks in advance, Talgat

It is: RHNID,EMAIL

This is stated after clicking the '?' icon in the upload CSV box. Not straight forward and it still doesn't work for me.

I just tried it again, still does not work.

Would be very useful for it to work AND to have other fields like full name.

Hey Vinny,

Email me your CSV for me to investigate, jedub@redhat.com.

Additionally, the names auto-populate when you add them to the platform since the names are attached to their Red Hat Accounts.

OK bulk import works. Attached is the format is should be in. I did not have the first heading line. Add the ID's and Emails in the two listed columns.

Thanks Jeff Dube!

I uploaded the file but it is not showing here.

This is all the CSV file needs

In excel, in the first two cells put the following in all caps. Save as CSV

Let me know if that works for you.
