EX288 - scope includes OpenShift integration with Jenkins?

Jump to solution

DO288 course includes in chapter 8 topics on Jenkins pipeline with Openshift but the exam objective don't make reference to integration with Jenkins (which, by the way is deprecated).

See https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/ex288-red-hat-certified-specialist-openshift-application...

My questions is, does it means that I should not need to worry about Ch 8 sections related to Jenkins because they are not covered in the EX288?

Thanks, Jairo

Hi @JairoFiorentino ,

The course might address topics that are not part of the exam due to popular demand.

So, if the exam web page does not mention it, there is not reason for you to study it.

Hope that clarifies your answer

Ricardo

I took the exam and Jenkins or Fabric8 were not part of the questions, but in my opinion this does guarantee it would not.

But just now there is a response of the moderator @ricardo_jun .Check that out.

Thanks, Jairo
