I have booked my RHCSA exam but now have been informed that I will be out of the country on my exam day. I can view my exam booking and other details when I log in to my learning portal but it doesn't give me any options to change, modify or reschedule my exam booking.
Can anyone help?

1. TRY AGAIN IN ONE HOUR. Occasionally the transfer of records to the scheduler are delayed.
2. CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT. Make sure that the account you are using to log in matches the one you used to purchase (click here to try a different account).
3. CONTACT RED HAT OR YOUR RESELLER. Contact Red Hat or your authorized training partner for assistance if you have purchased an exam, are using the correct account and continue to see this page when you try to log into the scheduler.

i purchased an exam and though it shows approved in the purchase form i am unable to locate it in my orders. From the page where it shows my order was approved i cannot reschedule. the page says i have to use a 'launch button' which i cannot locate either!!

called all rh lines worldwide: no one picked up
it got to be number 1 pathetic service or i am the dumbest person on earth.
It seems to be that once you purchase an exam, you need to wait a while (1-3 days) and you get another email with clear instructions, and how to schedule your exams.
I know the email contains explanations + link to the scheduling tool.
