I am unable to schedule a retake?
Could you share the right procedure with me?
When I go to https://rhtapps.redhat.com/individualexamscheduler/#/
The scheduler is grayed out:
I got this response after the first try, so I guess I should be able to schedule it:
Please advise as I have limited time to retake the exam – 11 days left of my subscription.

I think I found a workaround.
I signed in in incognito mode and then the Scheduler showed the correct Exam and the option to proceed with the retake (i.e uploading ID for verification)

Hi,
There are two possible issues:
a-) A chance that there are no available slots to take the exam in the next 11 days. As long as the windows are quite dynamic so you might get some window available.
b-) The retake timeframe was exceeded and your voucher is not valid anymore. Could you check if the greyed out box that has references about your retake states that the voucher expired?

I assume the issue here is the following:
I had taken RHCSA in the past using voucher with one profile.
Now I have a subscription using different profile with which I took the first exam and I am 100% sure I am eligible for retake, however when I go to the Scheduler it shows me only the attempts for RHCSA (the first account I had used).
I would expect to see as well my RHCE exam attempt, but I do not see it at all, so I suspect this could be the issue? The question is how to fix that?
