About ID Verification Status for EX280 Exam

Hi,

I’m currently studying for the EX280 course and am ready to take the exam. However, the exam requires government photo ID verification.

I uploaded my ID two days ago, but the status is still showing as pending, while my friend’s ID (uploaded at the same time) has already been approved.

Could you please let me know how long the ID verification process usually takes? I’m eager to proceed with the exam as soon as possible.

Wait, we can upload our IDs now? That's always an issue with my testing - I've tried so many webcams and still they have trouble showing the ID clear enough for the proctor.

@joalexan yes but I think it depends upon location. If you can see an option to upload it in the scheduler app - you can do so. For any issues or concern, please raise a support case here : https://rhtapps.redhat.com/comments

Thank you - Now that I go to the scheduler I noticed that it does say No ID upload required for the United States. I'm not sure what it is - no matter what PC or laptop I use - no matter what web cam (I've tried 5 1080p cams over the last few years), the proctor still has issues seeing my ID. I was excited for a minute thinking I could just upload it and take care of that problem.
