Hello Red Hat team and community,
I would like to request assistance in correcting my name on my Red Hat account.
Currently, my name is displayed incorrectly as follows:
First Name: Anh Minh
Last Name: Pham Anh
This causes my full name to appear as Anh Minh Pham Anh, which is incorrect.
The correct name should be:
First Name: Anh Minh
Last Name: Pham
—or more accurately in Vietnamese order: Pham Anh Minh
I have already tried updating my profile information on several Red Hat sites (including Red Hat Individual Exam Scheduler, Red Hat Login, and Red Hat Certification pages), but the change does not take effect.
Could someone please help correct this or advise how I can submit an official request to fix my name?
