Hello Every One
I am new user of RHEL, but i have moderate experiance of Kali Linux.
Can anyone help me working in RHEL?
I'm trying to get help with the online course System Administration III. There is nowhere on the RH site, that I have found, with any path to submit a trouble ticket fo this item. I've submitted one under a random heading but anticipate a responce.
The problem is that the virtual machines, which apparently run on Revello, are not configured in such a what as to allow the course labs to be done. The correct network interfaces are missing completely. This is a major component of the course and this is a big issue. Please have someone correct it. Hopefully if this is looked at overall configuration will be looked at as well to avoid other issues.
I tried to open a case for the "0 subscription days left" issue but I get this error "You are not allowed to create case on this product." How can I get access to my account again? Can I resubscribe?
...... I selected 'Red Hat Online Learning' as the product.
The instructions for troubleshooting training issues do not work for me. I'm currently enrolled in a course, but am not authorized to make a case. Please update with the correct procedure.
