Hello,
i will do the RHCE8 remote exam from Germany. . Can i switch to an "de_DE" keymap ? in the os on which run the exam ? My laptop has a "German (QWERTZ) keyboard". It would therefore be more pleasant if you could set it up on the host.

you can select German keyboad, however on my external keyboard the Caret key "^" didn't work.

hello Hartmut,
this is my first remote exam. I had ordered the voucher and i am waiting for the message that i can shedule an exam date.
Is it possible to download the iso image before to check wether my equipment meets the requirements and if not to shedule an kiosk exam in a testcenter ?

HI,
i have 2 problems. i had booted my laptop with an external 24" screen , external mouse and external keyboard (Logitech, K280e, QWERTZ).
in the login filed i had tried to test the "carpet" button , but it it doesn´t works .
in windows or in my centOS 7/8 , or Redhat , it works .
in the the language screen, i had selected germany and de keyboard
It ist an very great bug

The exams can be scheduled within the scheduler application. Incase you do not see your exams or have trouble reserving a slot, please contact the support team.
It has been hard to find suitable exam slots due to the high demand for exams lately. Please look for slots outside of your business hours or a few weeks ahead, where the bookings may be lesser.

It has to be a wired external camera. Devices like laptops, notebooks, mobile phones, IP Cams, or any smart devices should not be used as a substitute.
