It could be the network. If you are on Wifi, check the "link speed" in the adapter details (settings when you boot). Upload speed is important. Secondly, there may be some restriction set in the firewall

@jenjob12 might be something to do with the network. Try rebooting few times. Connect to a different network and check (may be to mobile hot spot to test). Also, ensure use are using latest version of ISO (202306) to boot

Hello,
I'm preparing my laptop for my upcoming EX280 exam.
1. Downloaded the Fedora MediaWrite for windows home 11
2. Downloaded latest rhrexboot-2023-06.iso
3. Created USBLive
When I choose the boot from USB, I'm getting the below error.
Could you please help me with it.

@SrinivasMamidal Just try typing exit, then hit enter and see if it loads further

It is better to contact technical support on their chat

I think you can make sure to boot in UEFI mode if you booted Legacy (or viceversa)
Remove everything connected to the computer that you do not need and try again.
If nothing helps, it is probably some compatibility issue and a different computer must be used. I assume you created the usb thumb drive correctly

Thanks for the solutions!
I am also facing this issue on Lenovo laptop from 2023 (only supported UEFI). Trying another USB and re-create the bootable, but still facing same issue on 2023's Laptop. However, I try it to boot on 2020's laptop (UEFI and Legacy BIOS supported) the exactly same USB liveISO, all of the usb was fine.
The solution to this issue:
as @Sanju7 mentions, it's need to type "exit" and then hit enter.

Hi @PetrCihlar and RH Exam Team,
I think it would be good if there's some article on common problem as well as the common solutions.
Thank you,

Good morning, I downloaded the liveUSB from the remote desktop to my USB drive and placed it, but while the language, keyboard and network were being configured, upon completion I received the following error message:
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at rhie-poa.redhat.com.
• The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
• If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
• If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that OpenKiosk is permitted to access the Web.
Try Again
What should I do? If I configured a Wi-Fi network or would not having the webcam yet affect that part? I was going to connect it when the compatibility test is done.
On the other hand, the camera must necessarily be compatible with Linux or would only Windows allow me to access the exam?
