i want to know more about instana operator listed on operatorhub.io.Whether it is inbuilt in redhat ocp 4.2 or provided by a third party isp vendor.How is it different from other monitoring operators.I want to dig deep inside this operator .please help me know more about it

This operator is not considered to be a "community" one. Rather, it is provided directly by the vendor. The difference really boils down to the services that the tool offers. From operators and OLM standpoint, there is no difference between this operator and any other operators on the marketplace.
