How do I reschedule or modify my exam booking?

Hi All,

I have booked my RHCSA exam but now have been informed that I will be out of the country on my exam day. I can view my exam booking and other details when I log in to my learning portal but it doesn't give me any options to change, modify or reschedule my exam booking. 

Can anyone help?

Or try to log in https://rhtapps.redhat.com/individualexamscheduler/#/Dashboard, there you will be able to see your exam and by clicking on it, to cancel or reschedule from thereon.

I submitted the query at https://www.redhat.com/rhtapps/services/comments and was advised to rechedule the exam at https://rhtapps.redhat.com/individualexamscheduler/services/externaluser/login

I have booked my RHCSA exam  but i has a knee surgery early in summer, and three days before the test i tried to reschedule, bu mistake it was canceled, it's marked that the test is completed. So far 3-5 Calls + three forms filled up and lots of emails .

I hope Redhat support will check that i was scheduled for the test, and was canceled more than 24 hours before the test cancelled.

Hi,

You can do it by yourself. Check this site [1]. There you should have possibility to reschedule, change exam type or cancel your exam.
