Hello! I am LJ, and I'm Exam Delivery and Support Manager, but I used to be an instructor in EMEA and US. I deal with helping our customers navigate the exams. My passions are in sysadmin, RHEL and Security..I was the 5th person in the world to earn RHCA, and the first in the USA. I am Norwegian, have worked for Red Hat since 2000, first in Guildford in the UK, and now in McLean, VA in USA.

I'm also passionate about my two cats, Frigg and Freyja:FriggFreyja.jpg

I also like to sing, and sing in a couple of choruses. I also transport cats and dogs in my spare time.

Hello.  My name is Henry Maine.  I manage the team of folks who develop the certification exams that cover Red Hat's RHEL platform and related technologies as well as our cloud technologies.  I joined Red Hat in 2001  as an instructor but prior to that I taught Red Hat classes as a contract instructor.

I am based out of our Sunnyvale, California office.  In my free time I enjoy motorcycling and racing junky cars.

I'm always interested in hearing any thoughts, opinions or general ruminations you may have around anything certification related.

Who I am:

Lars Delhage, Red Hat instructor since almost the beginning (1999). Consultant, Devops and CI guy and general free software nerd.

Where I'm based:

Stockholm

My workstation:

Lenovo with Fedora (of course). "Forced" to use a mac book pro at my current consulting gig. It's alright but not free in any sense of the word.

The discipline I enjoy the most is:

Continuous Integration and Delivery ("devops").

My favorite course to teach:

Anything Openshift.

My favorite toy as a kid:

Was I ever a kid?

In My Spare Time, I . . .

Run. Every day. Sometimes short and sometimes marathons. I have Medoc and NYC marathons coming up this year.

Dance. Lindy Hop. Not much lately though.

Music. Listen to and more and more rarely playing myself. I'm mostly punk but love other things too.

Great to have you in the Red Hat Learning Community @Chris_C! I am curious to see if you are preparing for any additional exams, given you are RHCA Level IV.  Additionally what is the best advice you can give for those looking to also pursue their RHCE or RHCA credential.

Thanks!
