Subscription lab hours

I was seeing if anyone has ever inquired about being able to purchase additional lab hours to continue to utilize the benefits of your subscription. I find that 400 hours for a year seem a bit low especially with the amount of money being spent on the RHLS.  Yes, I can set up a lab environment and do the additional practice there but has a cost as well for hardware, electricity,etc.  Please let me know if anyone else has had success.

I have contacted Red Hat about this and they said that it is an absolute limit. I also think it is a bit limited to only have 400 hours for an entire year. From my understanding it was not possible to purchase more time since they rarely experience that people ever use all their time.
