I have recently attempted ex294 with a retake but unfortunately couldn't pass the exam, I have already purchased a learning subscription with Exams5, however, my 1 exam is available but I can't enroll or schedule EX294 again, on the browser portal showing a retake completed and not letting to enroll again.
I have opened a ticket with the support team and also send out an e-mail but did not get a valid response, community support would be appreciated please.
